Main question from me is what did they say about trying to steal your passwords?

They denied all knowledge. didn't fix the bust power LED, though.
Don't know if it's connected, but I can't install the Quick Time plugin used by Firefox for Facebook (I know, I'm sad)

If I'd looked at 12 year old with any more of a scowl, he'd have started crying.
I'll check the page for the plug-ins
    Cheers

One last question and then I'll leave you all alone.
When I used to plug my digital camera in via USB, I used to get a pop asking me what I wanted to do Things like copy photos, open folder, things like that and now it's not appearing.
Anyone know how to get it back (or even what it was called)?

Thats the "autoplay thingy" (close as I can get :D) try these two articles from MS - Enabling Disabling
I think the disabling one is probably easier since it does not use regedit but gpedit.

Thanks for that. I assume it applies to cameras as well as CD-ROMS? Do I need to reboot afterwards? Apologies for being thick!
