Problems after re-install of XP

Did I mention the bloke(?) in the shop looked about 12?
I'll be taking it back this week with various printouts from here (I can do those at work) and won't be leaving until it's sorted.
I think I'll take my XP disc and tell them to use that and then tell them to install all the updates (my disc is SP2).
And I'm not paying for anything else, either!
Gosh...you make sound like the rejects from PC World decided to start up their own computer repair business :eek:0 -
I'll have to take it in Tuesday (only early finish this week and no chance of a day off):wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

Well, the computer is back in the shop and I'm back on a borrowed laptop.
They're having another look at it "under warranty" for what that's worth.
I'll let you know how I get on. Should have it back by Thursday (apparently).:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

I'll PM you a method to check if they've actually rebuilt or cleaned it, I don't want to post here incase they're reading these forums and try to cover their tracks.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them
