so what about horse poo then ? do they have the right to dump wherever they want ?

    Diggerman.

I suppose that horse poo on a country lane is probably iritating to the throngs of people who walk along the said lanes, however i do believe that we are talking about dog !!!! in the street and parks where the non horsey set usually walk there dogs.

i have no control over where my dog decides to take a p1ss once he has started it is too late, as most people at same stage have to walk their dogs on the pavement it is difficult to try and stop your dog from doing it on your wall or fence. So I would like to know how i train my dog to perhaps p1ss down the drain, now that would need some seriously training.

Maybe the local cats should stop urinating up my front door which happens regularly.
Any cat venturing into my garden will have my (stinking, sh1tting, barking, biting) dog after it !!!
Not really, My dog has been trained to use the gutter when we out, and I always use poop bags, he wee's and poops in the gutter!

HMMM.......mention dogs and the Anti Dog Brigade suddenly appear!

Dogs are NOT the problem in this country its the owners!

Dogs are not born bad its what the uneducated people turn them into which gives us reponsible owners a bad name.

My dogs are better behaved than most kids and i can take them anywhere without annoying anyone.

we need a licence for owners with an extensive training course and properly policed for it to work. Utopia, i know but its what responsible dog owners want.

Could I walk in the same place as you without your dogs running up to me/jumping up at me/ sniffing me/ barking at me? If so, I genuinely do commend you as a responsible dog owner. :)

(I agree about children though, my friends' dogs are more pleasure to be with than many peoples' children).

    any time! and thank you.

It just shows how hard work and time pays off and i do wish others would do the same.

my dogs are giants and i dont do hooligan dogs, and with them being giants i do train them every day as refreshers. there is no need for dogs to behave in an anti social manner with any living creature.

Agree absolutely and if only more dog owners had your viewpoint.:T

What I can't stand is dog owners whose dogs invade my space without being invited and they seem to think this is perfectly OK. I often wonder what they would do if I ran up to then, jumped up at them, licked their face and sniffed their groin:eek:
. I'm sure they wouldn't think I was 'just trying to be friendly'.

    Grrrr. Really annoys me!

And my particular favourite when faced with some snarling, barking monster is the owner advising me cheerfully 'Don't worry; his bark's worse than his bite!'.

How hilarious. P!ss off and train your dog properly.

Nicely trained dogs are a joy, and I thank every owner who takes the trouble to do so.
