Prohibited right turn on CCTV

Hi there, this is probably a bit cheeky but i was looking for a little advice on no less than 3 PCNs i have recieved this week
I have been taking the same route to work for around a month now but this week i recieved tickets for making a prohibited turn, three consecutive days. Get ready to roll them eyes
as i'm sure you will have heard this a million and one times, but seriously i didnt realise, i genuinely didnt see the sign, to the point that when i opened the letters, i really couldnt understand what i had done wrong... yes i can see my car turning right but that's it!!! So off i went to inspect the area and low and behold there is a sign up which specifies times in which you cannot make a right turn... I just feel a little gutted as i dont feel that the signage is sufficient, nor is there any mention of cameras, and in true 'woman driver style' (no offence intended) the week before recieving the PCNs i took this route a further four days and will probably recieve another couple through the post any day now!!! :embarasse whoops!!
Going by the photos will the fact that none of them show the actual sign that i would have past do me any favours in even getting one of them overturned... or should i just swallow it and move on
Thank you in advance - feel free to tell me what a melon i am

Ooops!!!
Copy/photo both sides of one ticket and host on here as in the stickies(remove personal details, leave dates and times). Take photo's of the area including the signs.
Might pay you to also put this on pepipoo.com as well.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
hi thank you for reply, i'll get to it. Should i include the extra pics on their website? plum0

There we go, was easier than i thought0 -
I'd like others to confirm but this seems to be a reg 10 pcn. There is no mention of sending you a "notice to owner" but also there are no grounds for representation either so I'm a bit confused.
The "14 /24 days from the date of this notice" also seems wrong.
don't take my word as gospel, wait for others more knowledgeable than me to comment.
Further as there's more to come can I suggest you also put this on Pepipoo.com for a different perspective on this.
Post all images and ticket as well.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
And finally some pictures i took of the road/signs etc...
These two are the road you are not allowed to turn right into, as you can see, lots of signs but none stating no entry during the designated hours. By the way i didnt delete the wording on the no entry signs (they are like that already)

Ok these two are of the sign leading up to the right turn (which you can see the silver car making - o'dear) I turn left into this road, before making the 'prohibited right turn!!'

Have Barking and Dagenham got special authorisation for that sign?
I'm not authority on this but I don't think you can have that add on below the no right turn sign- i.e. you can't do a peak hour restriction without the approval of the DfT. There used to be a DfT database to check if it is approved- if it is no problems but if they have not done so it is not permitted and should be as far as I know unenforceable. The signs book seems to suggest only additions are blanket things- a right turn sign with things like except local buses, except buses and cycles nothing about times. Perhaps someone can confirm this is right and there is not an exception for this now?0
