I had the email explaining my flight times had changed also but the link did not offer me oether flight times.
I have just phoned easyjet 'customer services' and waited for 25 mins (this was after me phoning last week and waiting 30 mins and giving up). Finally got through to someone, and when I gave them my booking code they explained that the flight times had not changed at all, and that the email was sent out by mstake.
Why could they not generate another email earlier or something explaining to their own customers that the email was an error?0 -
I've just checked a flight I booked with easyJet only last week and they've moved the timing of the return flight 45 minutes later. That may not seem like a big issue but it's an evening flight and I would have had to arrive at the airport very early anyway because of hotel check-out times, so now I have to spend an additional 45 minutes at the airport. Also if the flight is delayed by about 90 minutes I now miss the last train home that evening, previously it would have been a 2 hr 15 minute delay, which obviously would be a lot less likely than a 90 minute delay.0

This is what Gill Charlton from the Daily Telegraph has to say in response to a reader's problem with Easyjet:
You are one of many who have got in touch with me after receiving similar messages from easyJet. One reader held for customer services for more than an hour before giving up.
EasyJet says that last week it mistakenly sent out emails to passengers whose flight timings had been rescheduled, advising them that their flights had been cancelled.
It has since sent another email to advise that the flights have only been rescheduled.
In your case, it sounds as if you are a victim of a second email mistake by the airline when it sent rescheduling emails to passengers whose flight times have not been changed.
EasyJet apologises for these errors and the confusion they have caused.
It says that if customers click on "Manage Bookings" to arrange their free transfer and find that the website asks them to pay for changes to flights then the flights are unaffected.
If you are offered a free transfer then your flight is one of those affected.
Not surprisingly, the airline's customer services centre is unable to cope with the high level of calls.
What beats me is the way Easyjet doesn't just do the easy thing -- admit its mistake with a notice on its website or an email to all its customers. People would know where they stand and the phones at the customer services centre would stop ringing.0 -
