I drove to the airport today and asked at the easyjet desk. They looked up my flight and said it had not been rescheduled at all! Give me strength! They did say they had a couple of other people who had come in to ask the same thing - am sure the whole plane load will end up going in to check!
Going to look up my emails now. You'd think if they'd sent out incorrect emails, they would have sent another to state this by now, wouldn't you?

I have experienced very similar treatment at the hands of easyJet.
Yesterday I received an email telling me that my flight details had been changed. The link provided took me to a page that asked me to confirm whether the amended times were acceptable. But there were no details of any amended flights.
Today I received a further email advising that the original email was sent in error - my flights were not changed, they were cancelled! Just to add to the impression that easyJet's IT is second rate, today's email was quarantined as a suspected phishing attack (it was genuine - I did check).
I was permitted to transfer on to other flights and have been able to save my holiday by booking additional accommodation at a cost.
I did consider taking the refund that easyJet offered and cancelling the holiday but I could not see any way of recovering the cost of the accommodation. My insurance would have covered any non-refundable accommodation costs if the flight was cancelled due to mechanical failure or because the airline had ceased trading but there does not seem to be any cover if the airline can't be bothered to fly.0
