I had booked a flight to Berlin for may for my wifes 30th,and today Easyjet sent me an e-mail stating that the flight has been re-scheduled and to click the link provided for alternate flights,i clicked the link and theres nothing there, just a box to check to say if the alternative offered is ok,i clicked the one that says no and i get a choice of a "credit file" or a "free transfer" !!!!!! is going on? Anyone experienced this before?
I now have no idea, when,if at all when i am flying!!! AAARRRGGGHH!!!!

I have just had the exact same email last night.
We have flights booked to Munich from Edinburgh in May, and we received an email saying that our flights have been rescheduled however when I click the link I get the same message as yourself.
I am currently on the phone to Easyjet in a queue wanting some more info..have been waiting for 35 mins so far.
Edited to say that I just noticed that there has been an 'email blunder' by easyjet last night. Their helpline went into meltdown.0 -
Let me know how you get on,ive sent an e-mail to their customer helpline, and have so far just had a generic reply,i was going to phone them, but youve more chance of getting put through to the Pope!!!!0

Do a dummy booking for the dates your flights are supposed to operate on the Easyjet website and that will give you the changed times. Flights from Edinburgh to Munich now seem to leave at 17.40, with no flights on Tuesday.0

Ive just done that, and my flight shows up unchanged, very odd!0

Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. I book many flights in advance between Edinburgh and Amsterdam, and I had 2 e-mails referring to several flight chnages. As others have said the link leads to a black hole. I've also e-mailed EasyJet (after an investigation worthy of Inspector Cluseau to establish how to do perform what should be a simple task), and I hope it's just a major glitch in their system. All my booked flights show no changes to times on their website.0

Are you sure you are all not victims of the email blunder that occured at Easyjet: http://news.cheapflights.co.uk/2010/02/easyjet-clarifies-flight-cancellation-blunder/IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

No. That link refers to cancellations. My e-mails referred to rescheduling, but did not specify to which of the 8 flights. I didn't receive the apology e-mail, so I guess it's the same glitch in another form. And as I said the webpage shows no variation to the already booked flight times.0

i also got emails from easyjet at 19.08 tues night i received a "your flight has been cancelled" email, then at 23:32 tues night i received a "sorry it hasnt been cancelled however it needs to be rescheduled" email. i clicked on the link for a free transfer. then click on the do it yourself button (as there is no other choice except to click on that link) then it just takes you to the easyjet pages, nothing more about transferring my flights!!!! i spent half hr on hold on the phone, then decided to email them, have had an automated reply to say do not send another email someone will get back in touch with me... that was weds at 11.11 and still not heard anything.
has anybody heard back from them? how long do you reckon i should wait for a reply before trying to ring again, maybe at 4am!Compers challenge 2024 wins!!!!.... Oct £60... £10 free spins, £50 palm, m&m pouch0 -
I have had the exact same thing and been on the phone for the past few nights listening to some stupid music whilst been told there is a long delay on the phone and I may want to check the website. Still can't get through!
When I go into my easyjet.com my flights are unchanged. When I click on the email I received it gives me the option to say I am happy with the new flight time but have no idea what the new flight time is?
I emailed a couple of days ago and have had no reply.
Poor, poor service! Not sure what to do now although wondering if I should go to the airport as there may be a customer service bit there? Need to get flights sorted as I have booked another flight to follow on from this one with another airline. Any ideas?0 -
i was wondering whether to drive to the airport too. i have tried logging on to easyjet website today and it says my login details are incorrect!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are they trying to tell me something? i am getting really annoyed now, i emailed them on weds morning and have heard nothing since the automated responce that just has the email i sent them in the body! will definately think about a different company next year, i have flown the last 6 yrs with jet2 but found easyjet cheaper this year so thought i would go back to them.... that will teach me!
has anyone else tried logging in, are you all able to get on ok?
also why arent easyjet updating their website to keep us informed of any information???? is it because they want us to sit on the phone for hours spending between 10-65p a minute!!!! arghhhhhhhhhh where is your customer service!Compers challenge 2024 wins!!!!....
