AVG... Help needed

One last quick question... Should i uninstall AD-AWARE and AVG 'before' i install microsoft security essentials?

You definitely need to uninstall AVG ~ use the REMOVAL TOOL on the AVG site

ADAWARE is garbage these days so id recommend you uninstall that anyways

I have clicked to remove AVG using the remover tool.. A messge pops up to say save work etc.. and pc will restart a few times > clicked ok > Little black box comes up but nothing is happening ???

Uninstall AVG as normal then run the removal tool

Thankyou dogmary I will disable windows defender and just use MSE as that covers all

You don't need to manually disable Windows Defender. It is best just to let the MSE installer take care of that.
