I've got a couple from global opinions (don't seem to get many points but had a few free bits now) and this other one says 'synovate' so not sure who thats from but I only do LS, VO, Ipsos, Global opinions and one poll. I want to join toluna but it wont accept me at the mo- I think they send you things to test?

They should be done today, then we can start the process of turning our garden back into something that doesnt resemble mud!

First stage of the foundations is complete, even better hubby has negotiated a fantastics deal!! He has managed to knock £262 off the price. Coming under budget has allowed us to have £435 over from our 6k and we are sending £114 to the credit card therefore getting a very sneaky overpayment of £320 off the mortgage:money::money::money:

So we have a grand total of £81500 mortgage making us £1730 behind our target for this month (less time to catch up now tho), will probably pay cb into this later in month and sky quidco money should that ever come:p

So so happy to have scraped a saving, go hubby!!

Well done on the unexpected OP

I was wondering whether to do the credit checking thing too, did you do it? At the moment I feel like I am turning down a free £20!

The building work is not too clean...the floor is covered in mud, I have a long weekend off halloween weekend so I will clean the house then but unfortunately I don't get much time so I will have to tolerate it :( We have spikes of steel sticking up out of the patio and the slabs around them are out, unfortunately the dogs will dig around them and so we've have to stick random items over them like wheelbarrows and dog beds! We plan to do the next stage next year, we always knew it would be slow progress so that is the way it just has to be. We do always live in chaos, one day I will be not at work and I can finally have a clean house, tho in reality this will probably never happen!

I'm so glad the extra money appeared!

I didn't do the credit check thing, I think it was £5 and then £5 for subsequent months and I didn't feel it was enough to risk me forgetting... so I decided against it, I might look into it againat some point....

Nothing more to pay out for now this month so that is something, very busy this month so will be delighted to hit November :)

Easily paying the minimum credit card payment this month, so borrowed 19 out of the cc fund to make a sneaky overpayment, will over pay the child benefit so can round it off to 81400 for the end of this month.

Next month we will be making some more serious payments off the credit card, and the mortgage so the spending has stopped a bit now! Will try and get xmas presents sorted soon though so at least thats out the way, all the insurance payments coming up soon too so need to be as bargainacious as we can!!
