    im just about to ring paypal

    waste of time, theya greed it should of been open as was 1 day late but nothing they can do now. theyre going to ask him for proof he was declined entry and if he doesnt provide it they wont refund him

    Yes they do. They take a note (electronically) of all tickets sold and who to.
