  • Hi have you tried phoning paypal and telling them that the claim is a day late 46 days instead of 45 days it might be worth a try and save you a lot of hassle.

on the disney store ticket it will have a bar code and the tickets should be linked to your receipt, so if you asked the store they may be able to help you this way

i rang today was told they have no way of knowing the ticket numbers?

Check in completed listings too, he may have already sold them under a different user name.

    Whats his feedback like?

not in completed either, his feedback is 100% but if hes scammed before wont show as sellers cant leave fair feedback anymore

  • he might not have resold them, maybe just used them for his holiday but thought he would get his money back from you!! very dishonest but some people will try anything
A good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute ...:A
  • I do suspect that the buyer is being dishonest & has actually used the tickets. Proving it however is another matter.

As you say they definately punch holes in the tickets.
we went in oct 08 and i saved everything from my trip i have just checked and there are 4 punch holes in the tickets as we entered the parks on four seperate accasions.
Tell the buyer you will refund him if he can prove the tickets were not used then you will have to claim the money from the disney shop once he sends the tickets back.

has he still got the tickets???
if he has and there not punched maybe he didnt make his trip.
it seems strange though why try and lie to get your money back why not just resell them on ebay?

That wont really help in a Paypal claim if they escalate it. The onus is more on the op to prove they are as described. Without the serial numbers this will be difficult.

yes i realise that but if the buyer cant produce the item then he doesnt have a leg to stand on with op or paypal.
buyer needs to prove the items are faulty therefore needs to produce them.
