We went in January had 4 tickets for 6 days...my ticket has only 3 holes in it...they had to type a code in and let me through...not that that makes any difference but I was in and out of both parks all day with only 3 holes for the 6 days...the other 3 tickets have 6 holes each.

Have you rang up paypal and asked why they are allowing a dispute after the allowed waiting time?

Get him to send them back to you asap!!!! You need them with you.

Once you have them, can you ask DL if the serial nums had been used? (regards of holes!!!!!)

Without trying to sound mean (because i really want you to win) what does this teach you?
Take photos of everything you sell!
Make a reference of codes
Keep copies of reciepts.

Mine did this - apparently it was because they had been in DH's Blackberry case next to the phone and the magnetism in it had wiped the DLP ticket strip....or something like that.

On the plus side, on our last day a CM sent us to guest services who replaced the tickets and gave us an extra 12mths expiry on them!

My guess is that he forgot to take the tickets with him - hence having to buy new tickets on the gate and yours remaining unused.

If the tickets were 'lost', surely they would have kept them on the gate when he presnted them.

Yes he has opened a paypal dispute, no hes not returned them hes not answered if he still has them when I asked.

I always keep a copy of things usually, imei numbers off phones etc and i keep the card numbers for gift cards I sell. Just this one time I slipped up this happens, its typical

Just logged in and hes escalated to a claim. I told him I would ring DLP tomorrow as I wasnt home today, all too convenient how he agreed last night then sent to a claim today a day before I was going to ring DLP to enquire!

I would keep asking him to send the tickets. state this in the dispute that you have asked numerous times for the tickets so you can check yourself if they have been used but buyer changes subject when you ask for them to be said.

As some else has mentioned (which i think is probably the best reason why hes trying to get his money back) he probably did forget them.
