It's about a woman who's just turned 50 and develops early onset altzimers - very interesting but desperately sad.SPC~12 ot 124

Yes I can imagine, I did a quick Google when you mentioned it - sounds very thought-provoking.MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

I read this last year on my Kindle. Very good. Certainly makes you think. Easy to read.
I'm on my 4th Harry Potter which is so much thicker than the 3rd one!0 -
Finished the Liane Moriarty yesterday, as with her others I loved reading this - it's chick-lit but with a bit of a twist as it touches on more serious topics (this one was bullying and domestic violence) so isn't complete fluff.
Started #15 - Respect by Mandasue Heller last night and think I am likely to finish it on the flight as I've read a fair chunk already. It was a passalong and, like her others, is an enjoyable enough easy read.MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -
4th Harry Potter finished! Took a bit longer than the others, as it's over 600 pages. Waiting for my friend to come back to work so that I can borrow 5th, 6th and 7th Harry Potter books.
Lewis Carroll is still going well, though I haven't read any for a while as I was using the time to finish HP.0 -
Haven't bought a book but I've landed a library fine, 70p.0

I've finished Wild Boy - Andy Taylor. I enjoyed it, this ones staying with me at least for a bit, sentimental old Duranie in me wants to keep a hold of it. Moving on to Food Solutions, premenstrual syndrome by Patsy Westcott for Hamlyn.0

I have so many books on the go at the moment but have just finished A Home for Rose by Jon Katz. It's a non-fiction account of a man and his sheepdogs' first year on a farm. It was enjoyable but a bit repetitive and focused more on Jon and his shortcomings than the animals. Can't really complain as it was from the book pile at work - everyone just leaves books they've read in a corner for other people to take.
Next up is a collection of short stories by Stephen King - Bazaar of Bad Dreams. I had to put it down the other night as it was creeping me out.
I've also just bought a few books on amazon but as I used a voucher so I got them for free and they're reference books I'll be flipping through rather than read-straight-through books I'm not sure if I'll count them.Money made on etsy in April: £0
