Have just received the £10 to my sims, was thinking of putting them on ebay - does anyone know if the credit expires or stays on the card until used?

Just a tip but me and my daughter are on vodafone but we just want to use the credit and put our other sim back in so just about to try and buy a couple of games with the £10 free credit, then but our original sim back in.

I dont know if i got a dodgy fone or what but ,I havnt tunred it on in 2 days since i got it .I did fully charge it when i first got it ;I gave it about 8 hours even though it said fully charged after 3 ;i gave it a lot more because on the leaflet it says 12 which sounds ridicousless or a small fone;. In any case I just tried a new sim today & it wouldnt start , it couldnt haved discharged from the little use i gave it 2 days ago ,as i only messed around with the menus & video for a few minutes.
I will wait next week to post it to Tesco & check it again over the weekend & would advise others to do the same as it will go knowwhere now until next week more than likely.
So check your fone if you have 1 as you dont want tesco reciveing a dead fone as they say it should be charged when recieved

I suggested this earlier - got mine and they both work perfectly.

you can return failed phones back to e2save - hey may even send you another out even if not in stock. If they offer you a different phone, check the tesco website for a good refund, or ask for your money.

I may be wrong, but can you not just transfer the number over from 1 sim to another?
i.e. use up your own SIM , then take the new one with credit, and transfer the number.

I know this works with different networks, may work within a network. ESPECIALLY if you have an old SIM and therefore moving to a 3G SIM

I think it expires - I would put it on a 1 or 3 day sale if you do.
I used a spare sime to check the phone. I intend to sell a SIM on ebay unregistered. I think this should be ok :-s
