    That's revolting! (joking...)

My home birth is wrong, my bottle feeding is wrong... well stuff em. it's right for me and that's all I care about.

I totally agree bikerqueen. If you've read everything that there is to read, asked everyone that there is to ask, found out statistics, listened to opinions with an open mind and searched the internet into the wee small hours then you've made an informed choice and 'that' is the ultimate goal.

Good luck with your birth and with feeding your baby however you choose x x x

I am coming into this now, as someone who has never had a baby. I cannot offer any advice, but Jay Jay, you say that the first post was ambiguous, but you didn't give time and space to someone who has only just had a baby and isprobably feeling very vulnerable right now. You just latched on with a if you want to continue you can do this and this and this.

Thanks for your response :) I don't really want to keep replying on this thread but people keep aiming their comments at me so I'll continue to reply to them :)

I don't know how I could give 'time and space' on a forum  I was first to reply and that's all there was to it. Maybe I should've waited until there were 10 replies?

I 'latched on with if you want to continue' as this was my advice, I could've pu$$y footed around the issue which probably would've made people less angry towards me but unfortunately, once breastfeeding is ceased, it's very difficult to continue with so my advice was prompt.

I don't beat around the bush in real life and if someone comes to me for advice with feeding I get to the point and we usually have it nailed within a day or two. The first few days with a young baby feel like a year and there isn't time to waste when problems arise.

Firstly sorry I haven't read the whole thread but I'm in hurry to get out. I fed both my daughters with hipp organic which was fantastic. I have since recommendd it to friend who have had feeding problems and they have felt it filled their babies better then the other non-organic brands. I'm not a pro-organic person but I used this because it was the only milk we could buy in Germany and in UK as we moved when DD1 was 20 days old and I didn't want to change her milk. Good luck!!!!!
