Hi All

I'm resurrecting this thread as its been nearly 18 month (how time flies), and according to the terms and conditions when we took the contract out we should all get an equivalent handset that was available at the point of connection, therefore we should be able to upgrade to another decent phone, if anyone needs a copy of the Terms and conditions to argue the case let me know and i will upload them to Flickr,

I will wait and see how people get on as im not the most confident on the phone so when i hear some success stories i will give them a ring

Didn't like this phone at all, so outdated and heavy, just recycled it for £84, was worth £160 recycle last year. Anyhow got Galaxy with me clubcard points (mostly wombled).

Waiting till 28th for an upgrade too - keep us informed xx

now i'm annoyed, I used martin's recycle price checker a few months ago and got £35 for my satio, I now look and it's a higher price.

I sold ours on as soon as i got it, it was for my daughter to use but she said it was too bulky, i couldn't cope with the screen on it.

OK quick update, i did ring and i was offered a.... wait for it....... Nokia C2! As i said earlier I'm not the type to start moaning down the phone and stating t&c, so i said i would call them back

Obviously the C2 is pants and is worth about £30 appose to the £400+ retail price of the satio at the time

I just called and accepted the Nokia C2. Daughter is using a blackberry so won't use this replacement, but its free.

Thats true it is free, did you push them for any other handsets or just accept what they offered?
