    well i did as they asked and all things came back saying done but it has not been debranded or unlocked.
    Waiting for them to contact me...

    Hello,

    "Debranding" just means to flash generic firmware, covered when you select
    Flash & Unlock during purchase.

    ok, da vinci have been great.
    I made an error so they have told me what to do and even gave me more credits as i made the error.

    attempting it now...


    debranded but coming up with an error when attempting unlock!!!!! im going to cry!!!

    does anyone know of anyone else who can unlock it? da vinci doesnt seem to be working for me although it has unbranded it

    You could try re-installing the drivers?

    Yes un-install. then install pc suite.

    If that dosen't work try emailing them.
