Tapatalk iPhone/Ipod Touch Forum Browser

This is relevant for all iPhone / iPod Touch users that user their device to browse the forum. There is an app called Tapatalk, which directs the forum post information into the app as text / pics, it saves bandwidth that Safari uses and makes it easier to read things. Are there any plans for MSE to introduce the forum to be available on Tapatalk? As far as I know it’s free for any forum to sign up to this.

I have been using this for a few other forums and it would be great if MSE can activate it for theirs.

Forum Admins...please respond to this request, if you could enable tapatalk access to the forums please. I've an iphone 4 and would love to access the fourm from my device. Its a struggle to do the same from Safari...so please do the needful....cheers

I too would like to see Tapatalk support, but I understand that you have to be very careful not to do anything that might slow the servers down.
I've been looking for examples of very large forums already using Tapatalk but I just don't know any that're anywhere near the size of MSE.

Please, anyone else who finds this thread and would like to see Tapatalk support, say so! Otherwise, they'll think it's just the four of us.

I've run this past our tech team and they've taken a good look and replied:

Thanks for your suggestion, we're looking into it but the security issues surrounding 3rd party plugins are a serious concern for us and we won't be moving forward with any 3rd party application unless we're absolutely convinced they are secure. In the meantime, we're looking into not only this application but other mobile friendly options as well.

It makes forums so much quicker to read on my Android phone.
