My favourite place of the moment is Wigmores in Broughty Ferry. They do a mean Tiramisu with rum and raisin ice cream and in the spirit of saving money they do a lower cost early evening menu.
  • Nobody has mentioned Crieff. Delivino in King Street in great, all food freshly cooked and mediterranean menu. Stone baked pizza & great home baked cakes.

Have you tried the BELVEDERE HOTEL in West Wemyss area. It is lovely - by the the sea and the food (high tea) is lovely and very reasonably priced - off hand I think it was £20 for us both.

    Hope you enjoy.

my mum and aunt went for high tea at the GLASS PAVILLION in broughty ferry last week and both thoroughly enjoyed it - both first choices were off, but food was great - service a bit slow (and they were in a hurry to get to free screening at odeon) - would definitely go again

another fan of WIGMORES in the ferry, and the BUT'N'BEN in auchmithie is always great if you like fish, but you have to book in advance
