    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

    Pap, these shops probably make a fortune from new runners, who then don't actually run. I'm sure you wont be the first person they've seen who's only just taken it up.
