well if its your last day things can only get better. big hugs to you.
  • Can only add my congratulations to Lakeland for their fantastic customer service. Ordered their microwave slippers for my Mum as a novelty/bit of fun Christmas present. Idea failed dismally, she doesn't like them, don't fit properly, already got slippers, etc, etc. Emailed Lakeland about this, and they immediately refunded my account and told me to donate slippers to a charity shop with their compliments. I am really impressed with them, just one problem though, knowing my Mother she won't believe me. She'll think I'm just saying that so I don't have to send the slippers back!!

Another example of the amazing service from Lakeland. I have in the past ordered stuff mail order, and during the run up to christmas I went to a store and purchased a few bits! Well one item broke, I phoned and explained the situation and they sent a replacement straight out. No need to return.

    Wonderful,
    Smile it confuses people!
