I have just had my first order from lakeland delivered today, and i am impressed, ordered tuesday and it arrived today well packaged etc...

The only down side was thta i asked for a catalogue and they didnt put one in dont know if they will post it seperately as i put it in the little box about instructions with order.

my mop broke, i rang, and they have sent me another free of charge, don't even need to send other one back. ;D ;D ;D super happy.

My Mum ordered a flexi muffin tray a while ago. She'd had it in the cupboard for ages before she used it. First time out it stuck like blazes. It's supoosed to be non stick.

I phoned Lakeland to see if we could get another one, explained the problem and customer services checked back on Mum's order history.

Next thing you know a new tray lands in the post with a wee note telling her to bin the other one and keep this one with their compliments!

Fantastic! I'm off now to see about getting my salt pig and maldon sea salt. Can't get one over here so I'll just order it from good old Lakeland instead. This way I know it will be good! ;D

Oh oh oh - you've been shopping again! I really NEED to know if these flexible thingies work. I make loads of muffins to take to work etc but haven't dared try them yet!
