    Afternoon, Flyers.

Firstly, Happy Birthday Choccibix and Miss Triker.

Good vibes being sent for everyone who is unwell, worried or unhappy. Special vibes for Brodie's poodle just because I'm very much an animal person, and hate to think of a furbaby hurting.

Today's flying.... I've sort of had a mad fling at it today (may regret this later, of course);)

Friday is as complete as I can manage.

Can I ask for some good thoughts myself please? I've been suffering horribly with nightmares recently - the sort where I wake up in floods of tears, and they prey on my mind for days afterwards, and I'm getting to the stage where I'm scared to sleep.:( As my sleep pattern is carp anyway, this is not good. TIA.:o

I've just waved off DS for a week's ski holiday :( I'm sad to see him go, and sadder that we can't go skiing ourselves this year :(:(:(:(:(:D

Off to finish tidying up, then a needlepoint reward :j

    Debt-free and Proud!
Friday's list is done, x 3, DD and DS1 normally do their own but because of half term decided to 'mum clean' them, I really wish you hadn't made me go in there, Pigpen, I think I need the half hour to myself to recover, I'm jiggered and still slightly grossed out now.

Very pleased with self though :D because I have all 5 stars this week,:j it was much easier doing them on their correct days and not all in 2/3 days but none of it would have been possible without you lovely flyladies.:T

Probably only level 1's next week owing to half term and still having to work and doubt I'll be on here much either so I'll wish you all a good weekend, half-term and see you all soon

    Will pray, wolfie.

Thanks for the congrats, everyone, and the stork, Penny!

Last lesson decluttered, and half term here we come!

Now, talking of furbabies (cute expression) do I need to get a puppy dog?
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

    Afternoon everyone
its been a lovely bright day here

but the weekend probably needs to be reserved for work, as I'm way behind because I haven't been able to get any writing done at night.
greenbee this is not on - you should not be working at the weekends or evenings - daytime is the time for work - either in the office or at home - you really need to be more disciplined and do your work things during working hours. you are naughty! No wonder you are tired/CBA/behind with the house - you have no regular routine anymore.
Triker hope the cold doesnt linger too long - take care of yourself honey - well done getting the birthday organised -
    bday2.gifHAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR DD
hope she has a lovely dayHS473949fjm3tcg78d_7404.gif
Diva what a nuisance its been postponed - hope it wasnt anything important
Choccybix bday2.gif hope you have a lovely day too HSbirthpressies_5172_064_7483.gif
Poppy have a lovely weekend - hope you find it relaxing xx

serena hope you get better soon and dont have too much more snow xx
Valli hope your cold doesnt get any worse and enjoy your sleepover xx
Mumof2 hope you feel better soon and the medicinal doughnut worked:rotfl:
brodie what a shame for poor woofy - I bet her mouth will be sore - hope the growth is nothing. gentle cuddles for her (((hugs)))
1 step another person with a cold - its certainly doing the rounds - make sure you rest and well done to your DH for looking after you - and the furball:rotfl:
sexy as Valli said try to air the room and get up if you can - but resting on the sofa and plenty of fluids will get rid of it quicker (((hhugs))) and NO THINKING ABOUT SCHOOL WORK!!!!!
franby64 dont let the children get entranched in their rooms - its an ideal opportunity to gut them and they help you!!!!! the sooner its done the sooner they can be back hibernating intheir rooms!!! They need to become aware of whats needing to be done IMHO - you shouldnt have to be doing it all the time (((hugs)))
lemanie sounds like you are too close to the work and breathing in tooo many fumes - the orange is what happens when shampoo/conditioner etc get left - try to rinse down after each shower - try putting some bleach on and leaving it for 30 mins or so with the window open and then going back to it - maybe wont be so hard on you - wear a decorating disut mask might help too.
Mumto5 first of all a big (((hug)))Now I dont mean to offend you by what I am going to say - these children's rooms - you are toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good to them - no matter how small they should be helping and if DD1 is old enough to be going to Paris without you then she is def old enough to be sorting and doing her own washing - NO way should it be just hitting the washing machine now to be ready for Sunday IMHO!!!!! and I am guessing DS1 is older too? I think you need to start introducing some new ground rules - you are not a slave or their skivvy - you are their Mum and there to love and look after them but they need to take responsibility for themselves too. I am sure its not easy with 5 of them but they can all muck in and help - washing needs to be produced on the right days - put up a list maybe? floors need to be clear and beds made for starters - then at least you can tidy up easier - as its half term the there is no reason why 1 DAY isnt reserved for doing all their rooms from top to bottom - they need to help obviously and toys etc sorted and tidied - ooooops sorry angel that wasnt meant to turn into a lecture but it pains me to see Mums running around after children when their are capable of helping - did you have to help when you were at home - I bet you did.
LameWolf (((hugs))) and loads of *peaceful sleeping* vibes for you - have you tried a lavendar pillow?
Holly its nice to see you back on track again xx
Dusty in case I dont get back on I hope you have a super duper skiing holiday and everything goes ok

Anybody esle going off for half term - I hope you have a lovely relaxing time too

might not be back on as I have some stuff to deal with and I waste time when I get on here.

love and hugs to you all - and will def be here tomorrow
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
Live each day as if its your last

  • Hi

Thanks soooo much for all the birthday wishes :A:A

Triker Hope your DD is having a lovely day too xx

Had a quiet birthday so far. We were running late this morning so didnt have time to open any cards or pressies. DDs have made me promise not to open anything til they get home from school.... oooooh the temptation! DD3 off on "insect day" and had to pick up DD2 at lunchtime for a dentist appt. I've even done a bit of flying aswell today ;)

DH taking me out to our fave thai restaurant tonite, then my sis and BIL are coming over for [STRIKE]lots of [/STRIKE]a few drinks :)

Did anyone see the Wright Stuff this morning? There was an interesting subject of SAHMs. Apparently mums spend more time on the internet then doing housework :D What?? Never! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I need direction to perfection...
