    Hiya
I'm afraid I've only read this page so hugs to vanilla and tc3061. I'm sure more of you need a bit of support so hugs to you too.

I've done my hospice morning, walked the dogs and COMPLETED MY LIST! I'm just making some fairy cakes now as DS has a friend coming back for tea and I had everything in to make cakes so am doing that rather than buy them in.

See you all again tomorrow xx

  • Today's kitchen list looks to have quite a few trickies on it (for me, at least!), and I've spent the morning on paperwork. So I decided instead to do bathroom day, as this is quicker for me (and will almost certainly come up at some point). Tomorrow I will try to tackle the kitchen, and do a number of the extras, because they are most certainly needed!

After giving the bathroom a really good clean, I had a l-o-n-g bath! It's like changing sheets, I think: the bath always feels extra specially smooth and luxurious when it has just been cleaned (and I got there first... heh heh).:p

Have also made a loaf of bread and photographed 15 items for e-bay. Off on the school run soon; then DD needs some help doing her DT project - a machine-stitched quilted fish. Trouble is, school only has 6 machines between 24 of them, and two machines are dud, so they sent everyone off to do it at home.

What you do if you haven't *got* a sewing machine, I'm not sure
    shrug.gif

Apparently after it's finished we're supposed to wall-mount it..... I'm threatening to put canned muzak inside. Billy the Singing Bass, anyone....?:eek::eek::eek:

And how long should it stay up, gathering dust..... ????

(Couldn't they have made a handbag or something mildly useful....(teacosy :D).? .... and something the school had the equipment for, perhaps.....?

Off to declutter coffee and find handbag/car keys.

Sorry but have done no flying at all yesterday or so far today - just can't be bothered. I've updated my list on page 1 so I'm giving myself a kick up the bum now and going to do something as the house looks like a "before" scene from Kim and Aggie. In my defense I have AF here and I've read "My Sisters Keeper" which I've just finished and cried buckets over.

    Helen x

PS hugs to all who need them and thanks for the lists cos without them I wouldn't know where to start
Projects made for craft fair - 40 :)

    Hi all

I've been internet less:eek: It has made me realise how much of the day I spend on here though and how much I can get done when not on here:rotfl:

House is pretty tidy, downstairs floors all cleaned today.

DS2 has his new brace and it is hurting him quite a bit poor thing.

Sorry I won't be able to catch up with the thread but hugs to you all, especially AnW'sMum and Mudders

Be back later. I need to get the spuds peeled now before the school run
