Pigpen - congratulations on getting rid of that bloomin nuisance :T and special congrats considering EX KH was supposed to be doing it wasn't he ??

No, he is supposed to be paying the loan BUT to$$er says the CSA said he has to pay £372 a month and he doesn't give me any money but does pay the bank loan.. So in effect I am paying the bank loan and giving him the remaining £100 the CSA say he should be paying..

THEN.. he says when the fixed rate on the mortgage ends un July he wants to remortgage just in MY name (bear in mind I have no income!) and ADD the bank loan to the mortgage so I am responsible for all of it and he walks away from me, the children and 20 years of his life scot free.. and he thinks I am stupid enough to fall for this.. oh.. he also wants £7500.. half the bank loan as he reckons that is how much he will have paid on it by July.. Prizewinning to$$er or what??

Toots.. cheers hun... fingers crossed tomorrow will be better.. I am potentially just winding myself up over nothing at all..

Went to the hairdressers, can't have our hair cut due to eggs in DD's hair....AGAIN :mad::mad: so we are currently sporting greasy mops!!!! Have made appointments for Thursday....good news though...DD had decided to leave her hair long ;).

Came home, put 3rd load in for washing, washed dishes, had a chat with mum who popped in on her way home from work and then I found where DD;s TKD grading is tomorrow evening.
Was planning to go shopping in the morning but have decided to get on with the lists

Well done to Pigpen on clearing your overdraft, I am living off mine(albeit very small....can't seem to catch up with myself each week, will have to try and remedy that!!!)

Pigpen Well done on the overdraft :T
KH - this abrev always makes me giggle, but is so suited to them!
I agree what a double KH! So sorry that's how you're being treated, you stand your ground. I actually get nothing from my KH at the moment, was getting £10 a fortnight cos he was on benefit, but even then that wasn't all the time (which is why CSA then added £2 a fortnight in arrears lol) and that's between 3 of them! And the reason why I haven't got divorced yet is because I wasn't feeling emotionally strong enough to fight him as even though I've been paying for everything for at least the last six years (can prove this) and actually beyond that, he reckons he should still get some of the house cos he put a few grand into it a billion years ago that he inherited! But funny enough will probably have amnenia to all the money he gambled away etc etc.

You nearly gave me heart failure! I thought I'd missed it!

Toots - thanks for, as always, your words of encouragement.
And for making me feel better, as found out DS has been sticking up for me as some of his so called mates were horrible about me, and these are the little darlings I have let come into my house to play xbox, given lifts to and generally been nice to - but not no more!

TC3061 - hugs for you too for having such a KH [EX] and for those darling little brats but well done to your DS for sticking up for you - moments like that are priceless and tell them to show some respect before you let them in again if at all
