I got a reply saying that I ordered after this promotion ended!! So I replied saying the promotion was still on the main order page when I subscribed on the 6th and if they weren't going to send a substitute then I want to cancel and expect a full refund. Grr!!

I will definately do the same. Earlier in the thread someone who subscribed on the 8th is getting the freebie, so I shall ask them for a clear description of their allocation policy!:mad:

if they come back with that excuse I'm going to do the same thing! it's not fair to advertise it and then not send anything when the advertisment is running when (and after!) we all booked it! so misleading!:mad:

Hi,

I ordered in the 6th too (by direct debit which I will cancel) and received a confirmation email that afternoon, but after reading this thread today I got concerned so phoned up customer services. I spoke to a pleasant chap who confirmed my free gift had been ordered on the 9th and that it could take up to 28 days for delivery (he didn't specify what the gift was, just confirmed the order). I guess I'm just going to have to wait and see if it arrives...
