Same here, ordered on the 6th when the offer was still on the site, got a confirmation email yesterday but have had no mention whatsoever of the Benefit stuff. Just emailed them too, fingers crossed!

soooo annoyed. I gave the link at the start of this, the redirected link that it goes to and i think i'm going to have to take a screen shot of my browser history on my laptop (if it's still there!). I also said that I'm not a big reader of marie claire anyway so wouldnt have signed up to it without the offer. Let's just see what they try and say now! but i think I won't be the only one who's disappointed!!

sorry to hear your in the same boat too! maybe there will be a happy ending if everyone who is in the same situation emails them? then they will have to look into it and honour their promise? fingers crossed!
