Congratulations Weezl. Many thanks everyone all the information from my post about watering down milk. Now I've stopped lurking will have a go at the better butter spread recipe. I'm just getting into baking more so not up to all your speed, but happy to give parts a go. This thread is so knowledgeable and gives such researched, practical ideas. Amazing!:T

hmm, not sure what's happening there, will have a rethink and get a live test with my SIL where I can talk to him at the same time
