it's working ok for me now after you added my email address.
great. I am hoping we will all be able to view and update documents for the project in the one place. We have lots of stuff to store and as we finalise B&S's first month, it is difficult to update things for Weezl without asking constant questions
this may be easier than Googledocs with any luck - fingers crossed0 -
Hi all,
Made the veganised version of Lesleys chick pea crumble and lovely it was too. (oil instead of marg and no cheese)
Chick Pea Crumble
Serves 4 - ample portions
1tbsp rapeseed oil
100g onion, chopped
225g potatoes, scrubbed and sliced
400g tin tomatoes (I rinsed out the can with about 2cm of water, as Lesley said it needed more liquid)
425g tin chickpeas
black pepper
1 tsp garam masala
half a tsp Colmans mustard ( I used 1/2 tsp french mustard, as I've not got any powder yet)
Crumble
75g plain white flour 25g rolled oats
40g rapeseed oil
25g salted peanuts
Saute the onion, and potatoes for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes. Add the garam masala and mustard. Simmer gently with lid on for 20 minutes until potatoes are soft.
Crumble – mix oil into flour and oats and stir in the peanuts.
Stir the chickpeas into the tomato sauce, season with black pepper and salt to taste. Put into a greased ovenproof dish and top with the crumble.
Bake at 190C/375F/Gas 5 for about 40 minutes
I broke the peanuts up a bit, as my dad has no teeth! Other than that, as directed above.
Thanks
Sandra

Thanks Lesley for adding my email. You've done loads and it looks great.
I don't know whether this makes any difference to those of you the links won't work for, but I couldn't open it in Google Chrome.
Having a night off from cooking this evening. Leaving the kids to do their ownI'm sure I'll feel up for it again tomorrow.

Good evening all...just to confirm that weezl is ok, tired but well. AM tired too but managed a snooze. Ferg seems to like what he sees so far and reaches happily for his bro lus is enjoying all the attention! Kester is very different from Ferg - despite being heavier looks more petite! Possibly due to long hands and feet and more hair than ferg and is black instead of fergs blokde. Doesent like his nappy changed just one bit and has no problem telling you so! In short he gorgeous and soooo diddy and wrinkly. Am also pleased to confirm that Weezl will not be cooking today but I suspect she may well pop in to say hello later. They (weezl and am!) did get a snooze ths pm while ferg and grandparents got supplies and I chatted happily to the wee man!! Anyway off for a bath as popped with al the excitemet and must get a move on with his blanket now hes here - lovely to meet him at last!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
