weezl - stop changing your meal planner. I'm trying to make a shopping list for the weekend and keep having to radically alter it! :P
(FWIW, I did a few starjumps the week before Finn was born...wonder if that's why he was a day early?)
sorry sweetieI still have the other ones all saved, which one was it you were after?:)
Arty, yep fergie mostly happened in a large borrowed paddling pool, with comedic effect cartoon octopus's on the walls! This time a lovely MSEer is lending me her pool, so all I have to do is pay courier delivery :money::money:so that will be fab

Hmmmm... I write a post, go to preview it to see if I'm in any way coherent... and you've had an eureka moment!
Ermmmm rapidly changed post = menu looks very nomnomnom and frugalitious! :T Woo hoo! :j:j:j:j
I love this thread. Its got me really interested in the process of setting up a balanced meal plan. That's something I've been too scared to try to do for myself for a long time (mainly, and somewhat ironically, over the nutritional enormity of it:rotfl:). It has made me want to try and do things that a year or 2 ago (due to an ED) I would have run away screaming from. This thread as it stands has already helped me and I am so thankful for it. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you! :T:T:T:T
