Good luck everyone! My youngest is 17 and I'm still worried for you all tomorrow.0

10 Days you are off early, you aren't actually planning on sleeping are you?
Kingston, he'll be fine.
By the way is it the norm to be buying presents and cards tomorrow? I've noticed a phone and an xbox being mentioned so far today. We did all that on results day but hadn't thought to do it tomorrow again. :eek:0 -

We'll go out for dinner tomorrow night but we do that every Saturday anyway. He goes away on Monday with the school and it has cost 10 fortunes not only for the trip but the array of new clothes which are suddenly needed.
Just hope we aren't going to McDonalds for an Unhappy Meal after we get the letter. :rotfl:
Oh look its just 1 hour and 3 minutes until Saturday. All our letters will be nestling together in Mallusk ready to be sorted into areas. Such an antiquated system this letter business, why could they not have computerised it and let us all logon at a certain time today. I'm sure the postmen would support that. :rotfl:0 -

Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning
10days, you can't be serious. You are the sole source of entertainment. I was looking at your posts of the clip art throughout the day to day on my iphone at work and giggling away to myself. My colleagues have given up asking me what I find so amusing. They just give each other this 'I don't know how much more of this I can bare look'. I think you have to be going through it to find if funny. I thought you would have been in it for the long haul tonight. Don't wimp out on us now.0 -

My biggest worry is that it won't arrive tomorrow like all those other folk when the marks came out. Our postie isn't overly reliable. We regularly get random letters from people at not only different house numbers, but also from different not even remotely similar streets. He continues to throw our parcels over the gates when we are not in and our Old English Sheepdog has literally eaten the contents of one too many a parcel!! If it doesn't arrive. I will try to find out which house our primary head lives in. I know the development but not sure which house number but if I have to, I will drive door to door until I find him. I think he gets the letters delivered to his house every year.0 -
Such grim thoughts had also crossed my mind. The worst of it is Monday is a bank holiday and our school is off. :eek:0

:eek::eek::eek::eek: I think I'm more worried about this than I am about the actual result. The thing is, I could actually see it happening to us with our postman.0 -
I'm hitting the sack now. In 8 hours 5 minutes all will be revealed in our house.
Good luck everyone for tomorrow. I hope all the kids get the schools they want.0 -
Well that's it from me for tonight. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE. I hope all our kids get their first choice. I hope everyone will post and let us know. We have all invested so much time into this thread and after I know my son's results, I will be straight on here to see how everyone else has done. Night xo0
