hmmmmmmmmmmm thats an interesting one indeed!!! BHS were quite happy to speak to me before we had to make our choices but afterwards was a different story. I rang twice after the forms had gone in and couldn't get past the secretary. However, you're right what good reason could they have for not telling us, other than that it would be a pain in the a.. for them! Not sure if I have the gumption to do it again though. They probably would recognise my voice :rotfl:You could try though and then if it works I could try.

I wouldn't have the nerve - I would be crushed to hear, 'nope, your child will not be attending our fine establishment' and then have the added kick in the teeth of the letter arriving the next morning confirming it. I'm hoping some other brave soul will do it and get back to us all. Cue telephone lines to all grammars jammed tomorrow!
