Just discovered that trying to slide a huge rug over a couple of inches with a pine dining table and 4 chairs on it was the best idea in the world. Ouch!0 - 
            I think I just pulled a muscle in my arm trying to shift a cobweb off the ceiling with a copy of Paul Heelas' The New Age Movement. At least my books seem to be serving a purpose for once. *rolls eyes*

Ooh i`ve made that soup too & it is lovely, best thing about it is you can have a huge big bowl full & its all zero points, i took it to work with me.I would say 'sorry' Pepe, but it sounds as if you really enjoyed your jaunt
