I didn't nap. I get this thing when I get a headache that I have to have a tidy room and the pets all sorted. so I did that and have had lunch the not seeing thing has stopped which is nice. I will nap once lunch has gone down promise xxxx

When I get one of the hideous, blinders I have a wholesome meal ( casserole etc) put a heat pack on my neck, put on a beanie........and shove in a couple of Tramadol:D
