Out of interest, what happened to the young lady in question? Does she have any idea of the trouble it's caused you?

Thanks Pepe Unfortunately he's never had a job so I don't think he knows how painful watching money that you've worked your butt off for and been taxed up to the hilt on trickle through your fingers! He's come out of his grump now; I did remind him we were supposed to be camping in Cornwall this summer (He has a camper van so we're ok for accomodation and there's looooads of stuff that can be done cheaply down there and on the way!) so hopefully that's brought him out of it.

Anyway, I resisted the lure of the biscuits and the shops while I was upset so there's something! Highly tempted to hit the gym again tonight but think twice in one day might be a bit much?

CP, why would anyone want to go to Portugal when they can go in a Camper to Cornwall! Hope its an old VW like Vera:D.

Only been doing it for a week SRM, but managed to lose 3.5lbs so I'm very chuffed with myself :T

Need to keep it going now but it's difficult when I've got a few social occasions coming up as I know I'll be tempted to indulge. It's also hard because I haven't got that much to lose, so people look at me and say "but you don't need to lose weight". I want to lose a stone and I'm determined to do it.

I love Cornwall/Devon etc - pity OH doesn't like UK holidays

I had some really great cottage holidays with my ex, a couple down in Devon, one in Cornwall, Scotland, Wales etc, loads of places. Even had one in Ireland with a load of reindeer in the back garden!!

Yep, his is a '65 split screen; I drive a '70 beetle (late model unfortunately) as my daily (90 mile round trips most days, ouch )

I've got to admit I do love Lagos; it does my health no end of good what with all the sunshine but ouch, it did wallop my CC!
