    Maybe need to make the bed I so enthusiastcally stripped this morning.

    I am such an idiot...I could never figure out how to do the miles if runchum doesn't want to run as far...never thought of running first..... (numpty I am). If she is not too well I could run to hers and pick her up on the way...the run I have mapped is only 7 miles but it is the timberhonger route that I did in June...just mapped it and the elevation doesn't seem half as bad as I remembered....need to get it out of the way...

    I am a bit worried about something:o

    Nobody IRL knows that I have friends from this site including my family (not OH or the boys they know of course) so I am worried about how to explain next weekend away, see my best friends and my family sort of know all of my friends.

    Just dont want to tell them the whole truth as I know they wouldnt be able to resist trying to find me on here and I see this as somewhere I can escape to.

    I am not ashamed of being on here, far from it but I do want to keep it "seperate" if you know what I mean:o
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
