  • Rictus-I agree about cars. We have never paid more than £3k for a car. My DH is debt-free (except mortgage) but still wont buy a new car...

:D Thanks, im maybe a bit sleepy today, up before 6 so excuse me for not googeling something so simple! According to that, my usual week will be £335.40 a week...£17.5k a year without overtime and just 19 years old. Is that considered a good wage yet even though its about £8k below the average here i believe?
Work in progress...Update coming July 2012.

  • Perhaps don't refer to me as 'Bunny' as normally people expect me to wear ears and a cotton tail...I am more wallaby than bunny tbh...

Bunny, I like Peugeots, my first ever car was a 205. A 207 (or even 307) is on my short list for my next car. I looked into it for the last one, but was told by the salesman that I might as well get a 307 as a 207 cos it costs me the same, but I thought it might be a bit too big. I'm going to test drive lots of different cars this time though.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Its more than I make at 40 years old. *sigh*

A situation is looming.......we are going out for a meal with our best friends on Friday, they wanted to go on Saturday but I said I had plans, they are going to ask of my plans and I need to get my story ready.

OH is really funny with the whole thing too so I have decided that I am not going to pretend but also not spill my guts.

I shall say that I am going to my friends 40th if they say who's? I shall say one of my friends from the money saving site.

Any more questions will be deflected :D
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
