LOL! I work full time Becky! I am on £15k.
Bloody wish I was part time. Actually, been talking with Dh re. the redundancy and he seems to be ok with me doing loads of VIE parties and starting CD in March and doing that uhntil the CSO job comes up-I cant exactly go for job interviews as say 'can't start til April 29th as away in Florida' and it wouldnt be fair to take a job and leave after a month or 2 once the CSO starts!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

Lou - I always say 'I'm meeting up with some friends. Everyone lives all around the country and we get together in different parts of the country every so often' and leave it at that. If I'm really pushed (which I rarely am) I say that we met through a 'big online forum' and have got to know each other over the years. I don't mention MSE, there are loads of forums around the world as big or bigger than this one so it could be anything.
Thats even better, telling the truth but not divulging everything is how I want to play it.........
Sorry, I dont mean to disrespect anyone but I like having this place that just I know about:oBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I'm the same Lou. There's every chance someone who knows me has seen me on here - who knows - we never know who is lurking, but generally I try to remember that the internet is a big old thing and the chances of someone who knows me and then sees me on here are quite slim. Probably a slightly higher chance than some other forums because so many people want to save money these days but I bet we know hardly anyone on MSE outside the DFW board, so if you think about that - how likely is it that someone in real life will find us buried in here?

Sorry thought you were part time:o
I think salary means nothing though - my rent a year is just under 10,000 thats without any bills etc or living costs so its all about finding a point at which the incomings beat the outgoings...0 -
