29p at Bidston Tesco Extra in Wirral. But I have been sort of buying 5 - 10 packs every time I go in, and have over 100 packs now stockpiled (earliest expiry is May 10). Have been doing this since November or summit like that. Actually had to stop buying them recently as I ran out of space (got 70+ tins of Spaghetti in too, as I like their value spaghetti and they more than doubled the price of the beans overnight, so been doing the same with that incase they suddenly shoot up in price).

Kind of glad I bought to much now, should keep me going for 6 months haha, make a lovely (and more importantly, cheap) snack every night hehe.
  • Used to be 9p

    Today 13p

I think Tesco is playing silly beggers with us

Yep they are "back" down to 13p in Mather Ave again today. I don't know what they're playing at!

And, I don't know if it's just me, but the pack size (or possibly even individual biscuit size) seems smaller than previously. I can't remember what weight it was but it does seem a bit smaller - anyone else think this??

Maybe they are chancing that people will not realise they have gone up in price and they are hoping people are automatically picking them up with their weekly shopping and not bothering to check their reciept.

Wouldnt surprise me if they were up to no good.
