I think Tesco is playing silly beggers with us

They are fishing for the price .
They start at a silly high price then lower it until sales pick up ,trying to find out how much they can 'up' the price but still manage to sell a reasonable amount of packs.

I had a letter back from them after complaining about the price and they said

"I can confirm that the online price of £1.29 was a system error and was only priced at this amount for one day, on the 5th February. This error has now been rectified."

No mention about the rise from 9p to 29p that I also complained about, it's as if they want to forget about that part of the letter!

Just checked online and they now appear to be 13p at Sandhurst too!

13p in Scotland today!!! Grrrrrr ..... (still bought 2 pkts - but normally buy 10!) Might save the weight though!

Having not bought any biscuits of late I will have to have a goosey goosey next time I am in Tescos to see if they have gone up.I used to love buying them at 9p.
