Dreadful experience with Enjoy Car Hire/Solmar at Alicante Airport. Refused to implement fair fuel policy - charged us for a full tank. Insisted we paid an extra 100 euros for one of their insurance package - which we did not need having already purchased one in the UK and the whole sorry episode cost us £196 instead of the agreed 108 euros. And we weren't the only ones having the problems.
