im making a guess here, but if your other halfs have same surname and same address as you perhaps they are looking at that and seeing the differnt email address and different first name as changing details?

i do hope you get it sorted without too much more hassle.

I gave up on this a while ago after only winning one pack of biscuits. But just started again because packs were Buy One Get Free at Tesco. And just won another pack of biscuits on my second try today. Hopefully they'll still be Buy One Get One Free when the voucher arrives.

Done well with this comp, won the 5 packs of biscuits and all 3 main prizes even though I didn't get the Ipod as lost the wrapper. Never usually do these sort of comps but as I love biccies thought I would give it a go

How is it even possible to change contact details when you have to send in proof of your name and address?

Annie (and dooby), when you say you entered 5 times for yourself and 5 times for your OH, did you use the same wrapper codes for both of you?

The way I read the rules was that the wrapper can only be used 5 times per household, so I've only been entering 5 times in my name and not in my OH's name at all.

I thought we'd have at least till the end of the month.
I just won a second pack of biscuits using the same code, but it says only one prize can be claimed per code? :S So I doubt I'll get it. >_<
Awh. I was hoping to try again using the codes off the packets I'd just won. Ah well..
