Thanks dazzle. Yes she made a call and talked with one of the lady and gave all information. I don't know why they doing this to most of them.

I emailed Mcvities last week about my DSi not arriving and not heard anything back yet. Think I will give them a call in a bit.

I sent it Special Del so I know they have received it but I've had no communication from them.

OH still hasn't heard back from them after they took his details on the 28th May and said they would look into it.
Told him he should just phone again but he hates using the phone, and his view is 'they said they would look into it so i am sure they will eventually'.
Think he may be waiting forever on this one..........
seems really bad customer service to me, and i would personally complain, but its his prize so up to him i guess!

hi, when did you win your dsi, i won one on the 13th of may, and the tracking shows it was signed for on the 14th but i havent recieved anything yet just wondering if others have been waiting this long, thanks. RD

has anyone called them this week, I was going to leave it till end of week. I know someone got their ipod on saturday, but has anyone had a Ebook or DSi this week or last week... as I know they are sent out in batches.

waiting for a dsi and e-reader from 12th and 14th May but not heard anything. i posted them off within that week.. Maybe they are waiting for all the claims to come in before posting out that last batch?

I won my DSi on the 6th May and sent my wrapper special delivery, it was signed for on the 16th May and I have received nothing. I emailed and they said they hadn't received my claim and that I hadn't won (I have the wem, a screenshot and tracking number for my wrapper, it was signed for by Justina which is the same person who signed for my ereader and I got that ok).

I called and was told they'd get back to me but nothing. Have emailed again asking for update and nothing. Not sure what to do now.
