I have to say Mcvities have been awful with this comp. You are not allowed to talk to the 3rtd party who are dealing with the prizes and have to go through one lady at the mcvities desk. As nice as she is she is useless.. she never gets back to you, she never has any info and the info she does tell you is never backed up... I am just so fed up with these people......... why is it so hard just to say ... yes your item will be despatched at this date and will arrive with you on this date .................

Just called again and the lady says my DSi and game was despatched on the 17th June so I should be getting it anytime. I thought it was sent by special delivery so surely it should have arrived already?
At first she said I hadn't got my prize as you can only win one main prize, I told her it was 3 and she checked again and saw I was on the list and it had been sent. She said to expect it anytime.0 -

Someone I know got hers this morning delivered by UKMail so going to keep a lookout for them. Better hurry up if it was sent the 17th June. She couldn't find me then all of a sudden did do. Will give till Friday then call again0
