I sent the claim on the 7th - recorded delivery. At least they can't say they didn't get it Sorry, I joke because it is becoming a bloomin joke, i'm hearing of lots of excuses of why they're not honouring claims, from packs not being received when there's proof they have received them to wrong wrappers being sent and now accusations of breaking the 5 a day limit.

I am glad I use the form filler because I can say with complete confidence that my details from day one right through to when I won matched 100% and there's no doubt in my mind about that.

Anyways, I've emailed Edwin Mutton. I'll see what he says, Mcvities should not be allowed to randomly accuse their customers of being cheats for the hell of it.

Poor you, dooby! This seems most unfair - I'm really sorry. I hope you get it sorted out. I think McVities are going to lose a lot of customers over this.

i know that if you change the spelling of your name it counts as a whole new thing and doesnt stop you at 5, as i made a typo once and then that day did accidentally submit more than 5 due to not keeping track. also same name, d.o.b. etc and different email addy allows you more than 5 entries so i was assuming that people who had been disqualified where changing spelling or using a 2nd email addy with same name etc iyswim.

for jaffa i have entered in friends names (entirely differnt details though) and those prizes have all started turning up at various houses now. have only won on this one the once, though again am entering for various friends and family as well, but all claims will go in their name and to their address so the only entry at my addy is me though there are more form my ip lol

you dont have to eat the biscuits
im sure they have good shelf life dates on them
eg mine are to be eaten by 10th december

Lol I know...... the temptation to eat them. I am going to take a few packs into work next week will be everyones best friend otherwise I will eat them all by next month nevermind best before date.

Sorry to hear you've had the same Annie. It's horrible. They've completely ruined my day. I contacted isp (Edward Mutton) about it and he replied that he's going to look into it for me. I encourage anyone else in the same boat to do the same.

McVities simply can't get away with accusing their genuine consumers of being cheats, I don't care if they've run out of prizes, if they don't like the look of who's winning or if they're having a bad day themselves, it's just not on.
