Menu Planners - share your lists!

I'm having a phase of little or no inspiration for meals to include in my menu plans each week. I wondered if, perhaps, all you menu planners out there could share your lists, I might become inspired by your examples!!

Our last week's plan included :

- H/m meatballs and pasta
- SC roast chicken
- H/m pizza
- H/m quiche
- Prawn noodle stir fry
- Smoked mackerel and couscous salad
- Lamb grills in pitta bread with salad.

So far, on this week's plan, I've got pizza again (everybody LOVES my h/m pizza - and they're so cheap to make), plus Coronation Chicken in wraps (from the other half of the roast chicken). Plus, I'm making some lovely lentil lunches with dried beans & lentils, the chicken stock, sweet potatoes and onions from our onion glut. But now I've run out of ideas that aren't just a repetition of what we had last week. Help!
:hello: I'm very well, considering the state I'm in. :hello:

I dont actually make a daily meal planner as such I just go through our stock and see what meals can be made and then write them all down and tick off as we eat them, that way if I cant be bothered to make a certain meal or I am not in the mood to eat a certian meal it saves having to swap things round.

For most of this week we will be eating gammon or chicken based meals, I cooked a massive chicken yesterday which one breast managed to feed 4 of us and some left over for the dog to have a treat, also a masive gammon joint so that can do for sandwiches and such like.

I've started menu planning only recently to challenge myself to bring some variety back into my cooking. Inspired by the World Cup I'm doing themed weeks ATM. Last week was Italian, this week French (zut alors, they lost!).

Somerfield are running a special offer on rotisserie chicken (£1.64) so today will be a bit of a cheat!

Mon -- rotisserie chicken with new potatoes and green salad

Tue -- pork in cider with green beans and new potatoes

Wed -- ratatouille in the slow cooker, served with bread and olives

Thu -- sausage and bean casserole (another cheat, I use tinned tomatoes and baked beans from Lidl, grill butcher's sausage, then add some thyme for that Provencal flavour), served with potatoes and cauliflower

Fri -- coq au vin with potato and green beans

Edit: weekends are free style, DH will probably take over in the kitchen
