Here is my menu - its no typical but as its hot dont have veggie stew, or veggie chilli, or veggie shepherds pie which I can stretch two nights.

Sun - Left over Quiche and salad - (free meal of sorts)
    Mon - Pasta and Salad
Tues - Pasta Bake and Salad
    Weds - Egg and Chips
    Thurs - Veggie Burgers
    Fri - Pizza
Sat - out with my friend ( quite rare to eat out)

I know its salad most nights but if you go to Lidl Salad is cheap paid about 34p for a big cucumber and lettuce was about 50p.
All my views are just that and do not constitute legal advice in any way, shape or form.£2.00 savers club - £20.00 saved and banked (got a £2.00 pig and not counted the rest)Joined Store Cupboard Challenge]

hi, I am new to this but notice the little bits of coloured writing underneth ur menu thingy and saw your budget. how will u manage this? is it just u or do u have a family? how far will u travel in ur car?
I find that i have cut back a much as I think I am able but seem to b "short" by about £200 a month now that i am losing maintenance for eldest child along with tax credits plus said child is just about to head off to uni!
I work full time and have a saturday job, I have 2 other children under 18 and am at wits end!! any advice would be welcome!
