    This week i've got

    Sausage with pasta , peppers, HM garlic bread
    Chilli with rice
    Roast chicken, roast potatoes, gravy
    Shepherds Pie, HM bread

    haven't got past Thursday as I'll be shopping on Thursday!

    Here is mine:

    Tonight: Peanut Butter Fingers (had vegetable frittata instead as it was too late & I was p00ped) :rolleyes:
    Tues: Beef Stew & dumplings
    Wed: Chicken & Broccoli Bake & veg
    Thurs: Lasagne & Salad with HM wedges
    Fri: Curried Sausages & Rice
    Sat: Salmon Slice & Vegs or salad :confused:
    Sun: Leftover Beef Stew on Toast.
    Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)

    This is my week's meals:

    Sat - salmon, new pots, sugar snap peas, courgettes
    Sun - chicken with ginger and stem ginger sauce, courgettes, sugar snap peas
    Mon - courgette quiche (made at weekend, 2 meals more in freezer), broccoli, carrots
    Tues - pasta with goats cheese and rocket
    Wed - breaded fish, broccoli, courgettes
    Thu - sausages, veg
    Fri - stuffed peppers (with mushrooms, onion, courgette and ricotta), broccoli, carrots

    All the courgettes are from the garden, I try to have really easy/quick to cook meals in the week since I have a long day working and commuting.

    This is mine this week - may move days about depending on weather!

    Mon - Takeaway fish & chips (as its dd bday)
    Tues - Lamb Chops, New Pots, Veg
    Wed - Shepherds Pie
    Thurs - Pork Kebabs, Rice
    Fri - Chilli, rice, pitta bread
    Sat - Barbeque
    Sun Roast chicken with salad or roast trimmings.

    Here's a veggie meal plan for the next few days:

    Mon: HM Pizza
    Tues: HM Beanburgers, potato wedges and salad
    Weds: Frittata and wedges
    Thurs: Aubergine pasta
    Fri: whatever needs eating up!

    This week we will be mostly eating......

    M- beans on toast for kids/herrings in oatmeal ,bolied spuds,salad for OH and me
    T- sausages, baked spuds,sweetcorn and salad
    W- cheese on toast for kids/mushroom omelettes,salad and crusty hm bread for OH and me
    T- smoked mackerel, baked spuds and salad
    F- fish pie and peas/broad beans
    S- Mince in some form (depends on weather)
    S- Roast chicken,new potatoes and salad

    Possible puds for kids include:fruit in jelly, ice cream, raspberries and strawberries

    Wednesday: Thai green curry & sticky rice
    Thursday: Chicken Kiev
    Friday: Lentil Dahl
    Saturday: Falafels
    Sunday: Roast Beef

    Thank goodness someonelse admits to having egg and chips. Its so very rare to see it mentioned and yet I and loads of my friends include it every week.

    mgardner , egg and chips is my favorite
    mopping up the plate with bread and butter after is the best part imho!
