Well here it is a massive £4332 paid off so far this month, I have a little more than I thought in the bank this month and can possibly find another some more if I'm careful to bring it under £42k when a few other bits go through and some more ebaying. In fact the only thing to come out of the account now is petrol and thats £20 a week as I draw all my cash out on payday and put in the relevant pots:j
I am so pleased next account is now clear and the blinds are paid in full no interest to come on that.
Virgin is now under £3k and i have had my refund from additions today £72 but still no tax cheque. I will get Virgin under £2k this month would like it nearer £1500 by the end of June if possible.
Sorry i think i'm rambling now off to go and look at my accounts to see if the balances have reflected to payments.
Be back later when I have calmed down a bit and not so dizzy
Cheers and have a beer on me

I'm not amazing..you just have to deal with these things...being sad, screaming etc etc won't do anything to heal me or make it go away...so I just have to get on with life as best I can and enjoy it.

You are a very strong person and I admire that.

I have calmed down a bit now and have my plans in place for the rest of the year:
Get my overall balance under £30k that would mean 40% paid off it would be nice to get it to 50% paid off but im not sure that will happen.I also want to try to get as much onto 0% which none of it is at the moment and that does not help.
DH has turned a corner i think and although not really getting involved he does want the debt gone even the mortgage and has asked if we can up the payment while we are on our current deal. I have increased it by £100 it keeps him happy and its all debt being paid off.

What a day of achievements - dramatic reductions in debt and DH on side - a day to be cherished for sure
