Herewego, just check what the maturity value would be because on with profits policies there is also a final bonus as well as annual bonunes, may be carp but worth asking the question.

Well I have had a good look through the policy and I cant see anything about a final bonus but will wait for the papers to arrive and then make a call, but as it stands i think the £1400 is better paying off the debt but i wont rule anything out just yet.
To finish an already rubbish day my washing machine has broken it still works but the plastic bars inside the drum have snapped off, so just sent a stinking email to the company asking what they will do about it. This is a whole new me normally i would have called an engineer or bought a new one :rotfl:
Still no cheque from studio what is it with these companies giving you your money back

Well done on getting below 48,500.

Was looking on the cc reclaiming success stories today, you should have a looksie - were many of the charges over £12 as I do think I have some of those with Ricardo

Sent off acceptances for DH PPI this afternoon , thats £450 coming to us soonish - will pay small debt of £120 with that and the rest to Ricardo, as expected. Also paid him £70.30 today (an extra payment) which I had made on ebay and just requested from Paypal.

As Tesco would say - every little .................makes Ricardo less richo!
